FIMI has been awarded as the specialized subcontractor for the post-tensioning works in THE EDADES SUITES, Rockwell, Makati City. The project is consisting of eighteen (18) levels of post-tensioned flat slab which will start from the 5th floor up to the 24th floor, using Freyssinet’s internationally-recognized flat anchorage system utilizing 15.24mm diameter pre-stressed concrete (PC) strands.
FIMI as the specialized sub-contractor to MEGAWIDE Construction Corporation is contracted to do the post-tensioning works. Scope of works includes alternative design for the post-tensioned slab, supply and installation of world renowned post-tensioning system.
The technical solutions provided by Freyssinet allow significant savings together with a simpler construction process, for a win-win agreement with the main contractor MEGAWIDE Construction Corporation.
The projected duration of the EDADES Suites Project is eight (8) months. It will commence on November 2017 and is expected to finish by June 2018.
