In September 2017, Freyssinet International Manila, Inc. (FIMI) was awarded to perform the specialist post-tensioning works for the beams and girders at the basements 3 & 4 on the One Ayala Project.
The project will occupy the former site of Hotel Intercontinental Manila located in the Central Business District of Makati. It covers some twenty two thousand square meter area and when completed will feature developments such as a 300 unit residential tower, a Seda Hotel and a public transport hub.
FIMI’s team have mobilized and started the post-tensioning works in October 2017.
