The much anticipated iconic Runway Manila has been opened officially to the public on April 2017, free of charge, connecting the Newport Boulevard with the second level of NAIA Terminal 3.
Freyssinet is pleased to have contributed on the advance completion of this project. TETRON CD® mechanical pot bearings were supplied to accommodate the design loadings, translation, and displacement of this pedestrian bridge.
Five fixed (FX type) and five guided sliding (GG type) were supplied. On top of that, Freyssinet provided specialist supervision during the installation of the bearings. Please click this link for more details on this project.
